Last updated: 3 October 2026
This English translation is provided for information only. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
These terms apply to the Technik-Alarm mobile app for iPhone and Android. By using the app, you accept them. Version 1.0 of 3 October 2026.

2. What the app is for
The app is free. It allows you to:
- request an appointment with a technician;
- send a request by e-mail;
- call our on-call service, 24/7;
- read our security news and browse our shop.
No customer account is needed.
3. What the app is not
The app is neither an alarm system nor an emergency call service. It does not control your installation, does not receive alarms from your detectors and does not replace transmission to a monitoring centre.
In case of immediate danger, call the emergency services directly: police 117, fire brigade 118, ambulance 144, or the European emergency number 112.
4. Appointments and requests
An appointment request sent from the app is not yet a confirmed appointment: we contact you to set the date. Work is invoiced according to your contract or our offer; using the app is free.
Appointment requests are recorded on our behalf by our field service software (Synchroteam).
5. Availability
We do our best to keep the app working at all times, but cannot guarantee it (updates, network outage, phone without connection…). If the app is not working, call us on +41 22 797 17 27.
6. Personal data
The app only collects the data you enter yourself. Details are set out in the privacy policy of the app (in French) and in our privacy policy.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its texts, logos and images belong to Technik-Alarm SA or their owners. They may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Liability
Information published in the app (news, advice) is general and does not replace personal advice. Our liability is limited to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, within the limits permitted by law.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. In the event of a significant change, the app will ask you to accept them again.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva, subject to mandatory jurisdictions provided by law in favour of consumers.
