This English translation is provided for information only. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
These terms apply to purchases made in the Technik-Alarm SA online shop. Installations, maintenance contracts and on-call services are subject to separate offers and contracts.
1. Seller
Technik-Alarm SA
Chemin Antoine-Verchère 6
PO Box, 1217 Meyrin 1
Switzerland
Phone: +41 22 797 17 27
E-mail: info@technik-alarm.ch
UID: CHE-112.445.651
2. Orders
The contract is concluded when you confirm your order and payment is accepted. You receive a confirmation by e-mail. We may refuse an order if an item is out of stock or in case of an obvious pricing error; in that case you are refunded in full.
3. Prices
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before payment. Installation by our technicians is not included and is quoted separately.
4. Payment
You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard) or by Twint. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we never have access to your card details.
Where online payment is not yet available for a product, orders are placed by e-mail or phone and paid by invoice or on collection.
5. Collection and delivery
You can collect your order at our office in Meyrin (chemin Antoine-Verchère 6), by appointment, or have it delivered by Swiss Post anywhere in Switzerland. Shipping costs and times are shown when ordering.
If the parcel is damaged, report it on receipt or within 5 days.
6. Returns
Swiss law provides no general right of withdrawal for online purchases. As a goodwill gesture, we accept returns of unused, complete products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Return costs are borne by you.
The following cannot be returned: cylinders and keys made or coded to order, and products already fitted.
7. Warranty
Products are covered by the 2-year statutory warranty from delivery. In case of a defect, contact us: we repair, replace or refund the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse or fitting not in line with the manufacturer's instructions.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, within the limits permitted by law. A mechanical security product reduces the risk of break-in but cannot rule it out entirely.
9. Data protection
See our privacy policy.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva, subject to mandatory jurisdictions provided by law in favour of consumers.
