Fire detection
Detect a fire from the very first smoke, warn the people present and alert the emergency services, even at night or when the building is empty.
What we install
A fire installation is sized according to the building and its use. Here is what it includes.
Smoke detectors
They react to the first smoke, often long before flames are visible.
Heat detectors
For kitchens, garages or workshops, where some smoke or steam is normal.
Manual call points
So that anyone can raise the alarm immediately on seeing a fire start.
Sirens and strobes
To warn everyone, including in noisy rooms or people with hearing loss.
Fire control panel
It shows exactly which area is affected and controls automatic actions: fire doors, ventilation, extinguishing.
Transmission and notification
The alarm is transmitted to a monitoring centre or the emergency services, and you are notified on your phone.
Mandatory or voluntary?
Depending on the type of building (public venue, hotel, care home, school, apartment building, business), a fire detection system may be required by the Swiss fire protection regulations (VKF/AEAI) and by the cantonal authority.
For a house or a flat it is not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended: a connected detector alerts you even if you are asleep in another room or away.
We tell you what applies to your situation and carry out a compliant installation, wireless or wired.

Frequently asked questions
Are smoke detectors bought in a shop enough?
A stand-alone detector only sounds on site. If you are away or in another room, nobody is alerted. A connected system alerts your phone, a monitoring centre or the emergency services.
Does a fire system need maintenance?
Yes. Detectors must be checked regularly to stay reliable, and this is often required for mandatory installations. Our maintenance contract takes care of it.
Will the kitchen cause false alarms?
No, if the right detector is in the right place: we install heat detectors where smoke and steam are normal.
Can fire and intruder alarms be combined?
Yes. Both can share the same transmission and the same app, while complying with the rules specific to each.
